Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Secretary who can provide administrative support, generate new business leads, assist with warehouse operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting our sales and warehouse teams, and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
– Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Manage and maintain the company’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and meetings
– Ensure the front office is organized, tidy, and welcoming to visitors
2. Sales Representative Duties:
– Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
3. Warehouse Assistant Duties:
– Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
– Ensure the warehouse is organized, tidy, and safe
4. Customer Service Duties:
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
– Escalate complex customer issues to management as necessary
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
– Work closely with the sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives
– Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales strategies, marketing materials, product development and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of OND degree is required
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, administrative and negotiation skills.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Results-driven and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
