Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with Sales Representative and Customer Service Responsibilities to provide administrative support to our executives, managers, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential matters, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to executives, staff, and clients
- Anticipate and proactively address administrative needs and tasks
- Handle sales and customer service tasks
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, and handling confidential matters
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Effective and efficient office management and handling of projects and tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND degree is required
- Gender: Female
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
