Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across our various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to accomplish all tasks, goals, projects, and objectives within established timeframes, deadlines, budgets, and required quality standards.
2. Develop and implement project management plans, including project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
5. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
6. Track project progress, identify and address deviations from the plan, and take corrective action as needed.
7. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective use of resources.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project delivery.
11. Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, including setting roles and responsibilities

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
2. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
