Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant and Household Manager, with Special Assistant and Housemaid Responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support, including managing complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential correspondence and communications.
– Manage the household, including supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing daily operations.
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and kitchen duties.
– Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal schedules and appointments, handling personal correspondence and emails, running personal errands, and making personal travel arrangements.
– Handle projects, tasks and other duties as assigned.
– Ensure the smooth operation of the household, anticipating and resolving problems as they arise.
