Housemaid and Personal Assistant

Salary: ₦70,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled individual to fill the role of Housemaid and Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential correspondence and communications.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the living home, workplace and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry and ironing.
• Grocery shopping, meal preparation, cooking and other kitchen duties.
• Decluttering and organization of living spaces and workplace areas.
• Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal schedules and appointments, handling personal correspondence and emails, running personal errands, and making personal travel arrangements. Also assist with business/ professional errands.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the household, anticipating and resolving problems as they arise.
• Support factory staff and assist with factory events, meetings, or receptions.
• Handle projects, tasks and other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
– Work will be performed in a private residence and workplace setting

– The house consists of a living home and a factory, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both environments.

– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential
