Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR and Operations Officer to oversee human resources and operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and training, as well as ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee separations
– Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
– Handle employee relations, conflicts, and benefits administration
Operations:
– Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
– Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
– Implement process improvements and optimize workflows
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in HR and operations management
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
